I am passionate about people and wellbeing. Through my own personal journey to health and inspired by the transformation I have seen in my patients, I greatly value the power of working with the body’s own healing potential for deep and long-lasting changes towards a healthier body and mind.

Before training as an Acupuncturist, I enjoyed a successful career in educational publishing and business management. Balancing the demands of a busy work-life schedule helped me understand the importance of taking time to focus on wellbeing and I came to thoroughly appreciate the effectiveness of treatments such as Acupuncture in achieving physical and emotional health.

My curiosity for natural healing arts and desire to be of support to others on their journey to health took me on extensive travels across Asia and South America where I gained greater experience of practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Ayurvedic medicine and Acupuncture. Upon my return to the UK, I enrolled with the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and graduated with a BSc Honours degree and Licentiate of Acupuncture having been taught and mentored by some of the leading practitioners in the country.

I find practicing Acupuncture extremely rewarding and am committed to supporting my patients in achieving greater health, vitality and peace of mind. I use an integrated style of Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and employ subtle diagnostic techniques that have been practiced and refined over centuries. By viewing all symptoms holistically and with a compassionate appreciation of my patients’ unique experience, I aim to address the superficial symptoms of illness whilst working to bring balance on a deeper level to improve overall wellbeing.

When not in clinic, I can be found on the Rocketcrops urban farm growing delicious super healthy microgreens for the local community and empowering others to grow their own food at home.

I am a fully registered and insured member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC) and thereby adhere to strict Codes of Safe Practice & Professional Conduct ensuring the highest standard of care for my patients.
